While the bar may seem appealing from the exterior , what I found behind its threshold was disgraceful and unfit for any venue.

From the moment I crossed the threshold, it was apparent that cleanliness was not a priority at Masterson’s . The floorboards were filthy, and a foul smell of decaying beverages and uncleaned toilets filled the entire pub. Reeking of a mixture of ammonia , a rotting odor and illness . The serving zone , which should be the primary feature of any pub, was overflowing with soiled cups and debris that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks . During my time there, I became aware of how distressed several female guests seemed around Cornwell.
